The view from our apartment on the top 4th floor was absolutely stunning, overlooking the beautiful Badgastein valley. The apartment itself was well-equipped with modern amenities such as a dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even a washing machine. We also appreciated the heated ski room, which made it convenient for us to store our ski equipment. Additionally, the free underground parking was a great perk, although we had to negotiate for an extra spot since we had two cars.

There was no daily cleaning service and we had to take out our own garbage, which was a slight inconvenience. We were also charged an additional fee of ten euros for bed sheets and towels per person.

We are impressed by the hotel's stunning location next to the waterfall and downstairs restaurant which offers breathtaking views. Plus, it is perfectly located close to everything! Our room had a comfortable bed and clean bathroom, and the service was good. the ski-room was modern and secure, providing extra peace of mind.

The lack of children's activities.

The view from our cozy apartment was breathtaking, especially during the evenings. It was so romantic to watch the city and river light up as the sky turned pink. the kitchen was equipped with all the necessary tools to prepare our own meals, perfect for a romantic night in. the ski bus stop was conveniently located right in front of the hotel, which made it easy for us to enjoy the nearby slopes.

The check-in process was a bit slow, which delayed our romantic escape a little bit. we were disappointed to find out that we had to pay extra for bed sheets and the cleaning fee.

I had a fantastic stay in this city. The hotel had very friendly staff who accommodated an early check-in request. The location near the waterfall was stunning, and the ski area was just a short distance away. The apartment was spacious and clean, and the restaurant downstairs was very convenient.

The views from the room were truly breathtaking and we were able to park our car easily, which was a huge plus. We also appreciated the fact that the kitchen was well-equipped with good utensils and cooking facilities.

there was no soap provided and the bathroom and toilet did not have any fans for ventilation. It would have been better if basic amenities were provided without any additional charges.
